Is the rate the same as on Booking.com?
Direct booking is always the same or lower than OTA platforms (Booking, Expedia). Since you don't pay us commission, we can offer you a direct discount or extras.
How fast do I get confirmation?
Reception handles requests in real time — confirmation within 2 hours during business hours, by the next morning if you submit late evening.
Can I cancel my booking?
Free cancellation up to 24 hours before arrival. After that we keep the first night as compensation. Details are in your written confirmation.
Is a deposit required?
No. Payment is at reception on arrival. For group bookings (4+ rooms) we may request 30% deposit — we'll tell you in the confirmation.
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in 14:00–22:00, check-out by 11:00. Early check-in or late check-out is possible by arrangement — let reception know via mobile or WhatsApp.
Is breakfast included?
Yes, continental breakfast is included in the room rate. Served 7:00–10:00 in the main hall.
Where can I park?
The hotel has free parking in the yard (10 spots). If all are taken, the street in front of the hotel is also free.
Do you accept pets?
Yes, we accept small dogs (up to 10 kg) at no extra charge. For larger animals or other pets please notify us in advance so we can arrange a suitable room.
